Yesterday Lil' Dumplin' had a tummy flu bug. He was feeling mighty poorly. His Mommy came home before noon to take him home with her, where he continued to feel terrible all day long. Fortunately, he was much better today, although after our morning of filling up bird feeders, and the typical chores. He lost steam. I wanted to give him a bath since I knew he was too sick to be fussed over the day before. I had to coax him into the tub with Geeps shaving cream. I used to let my kids have hours of fun with shaving cream when they were little. My Mom used to let us do the same, and now my girls are letting their kids strut their artistic talents with this fun, foamy goo.
After his foamy fun, we got him into his clothes and settled in for an episode of Wow Wow Wubzy on his bed with fresh clean sheets, he got so cozy that he fell fast asleep for FOUR hours. Poor Lil' Dumplin', he is still feeling poorly. He nestled into Mommy's arms to go home, and I am hoping that by tomorrow he is much more himself.
Pick up a can or two of Barbasol Shaving Cream and let your inner artist out!!
See you tomorrow...same time....same place.

Oh I do hope he feels better now !
It's amazing how much fun kids can get out of a can of shaving cream. My kids used to love it too.
I hope your little guy is feeling better today. A tummy ache is no fun.
ah that is a good idea!! I need to get some!! And so cheap too!! Thanks for taking good care of my sick one while I was at work :( Now I need to scrub my carpets & the interior of my car this weekend lol
Great idea! I hope Noah is feeling much better. Those are great photos!
Hi Kris, I'm going to the store for shaving cream for both my girls homes; their kiddos don't usually bathe here but I know they'll love doing this at their house. Poor little guy-hope he is better soon and that you and your hubby don't get it. I know if we were closer our hubbies would definitely play golf together-rain or shine and we would also have tons of fun.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs, Noreen
I sure hope he is feeling better now! Shaving cream~ what a fun play idea!
