Today after taking Noah to school, I came home and sewed. I made some headbands. Bloomie Bands, that is. My model only wanted to model her hair.
Also made some of these.
Right now I am sitting here with my feet up having some chocolate chip cookies and hot tea.
Do you like my new mugs? Me too!!! I got them at one of my favorite thrifty haunts yesterday. Four of them for 3 dollars. They match my kitchen colors perfectly.
What did you do today?

Love the headbands.. and your daughter's hair! You got me into trouble today.. I was at Costco and saw the dark chocolate cherry clusters and had to buy some because you said they were good.. num num.. eating one now. Got some new sheets but they didn't have stripes.. we'll have to use a marker to mark the tops. LOL! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Love those mugs! Such a cheerful color! I would love to sit in your kitchen with you and have tea and cookies!
What did I do today? I worked 8-5 came home and grabbed a quick bite to eat, went to the Y and worked out, went to the grocery, blogged and here I am...11:11 (have you ever heard that 11:11 is happy minute? It IS!) Now I need to shower and get to bed! xo, Cheryl

Love the headbands, those are really cute...what a find you got at the Thrifty store!!! The cups look like they are part of the set...great find!!! Debb
Oh that was silly I forgot to tell you what I did... lol...I spent most of the day taking photos of my finished projects for my Etsy shop and blogging....then I cleaned a little more of my crafty room...
Your model seems pretty uppity!! Love the headbands, I've been wearing one to keep my hair out of my face but they aren't embellished or pretty like yours. You always find the best things when you go thrifting. Next time I'm there, we need to go together!
Love the new headbands, they are so pretty. Yes, I love your new mugs too. What a bargain, and they match your kitchen perfectly! The cookies look delicious. Have a great day today.:)
Good deal on the mugs...love the handle! The headbands are super cute...and look cute in Genn's hair...just not sure my 40 year old self could pull that look off!
Love your mugs and I love that kind of day! Hope you get to have many more! xoRobin❤

:(
I didn't get a headband(s) I want those too!
:((
Those bloomie bands are perfect. I swear all the bridemaids and ladies at the wedding last week had them in. I also saw a bunch similar at Stein Mart just yesterday. You are on the right track. Love the mugs and just the right color of mustard. I must make a run to my shops and see what's new. Thanks for the reminder.
What a nice day. I love to disappear into my sewing room with a cup of tea and work on my favorite projects. I'm cutting out flannel for a warm winter quilt and hope I finish it before Spring. Sewing is such good therapy.
Oh my gosh!! Those headbands are SO cute :)
Cute little headbands! They should sell well in your shop.
I'm here looking for that punch recipe with the limeade. I can't remember the proportions, but I think I got all the ingredients at the store earlier today.
I found your punch recipe. Couldn't remember if you added water or not, but I see that you didn't. I also got 7-Up, but I think it'll be fine. Thanks for the recipe!
