In the morning, while Sue was having her early morning walk, I took my fresh brewed coffee to the lake edge, and sat on the dock or a rock to watch the sun rise. I think this is my favorite time at the lake. It reminds me so much of my Mom and Dad....so many summers at our Bass Lake, sitting out on Lee's Dock, sipping coffee, reading the paper, watching the sun creep up over the lake, hearing the ducks come up to say good morning, and just feeling so safe, so lucky to have this place to come visit!!
