Cake for a man

This is for a 26 yr. old man. It is a 4 layer, 8 inch, yellow boston cream cake. Iced in burnt orange buttercream, with gumpaste leaves, painted with pearl dust.

Hi everyone. Thank you for your nice comments. Genny, yes it was for Justin Smallwood. So I wanted it to extra special. Donna and Blake came to get it, and they loved it.
Maryrose, the gumpaste leaves are edible, although who would want to eat them?? Not me! They dry very hard, like cement almost. They are made with all edible ingredients, but are really for decoration only.
