Pumpkin Banner

I finished my little Pumpkin Banner. It has been a long time since I have done any machine quilting, and boy am I out of practice! But it was fun to do. I love the variegated thread.

That turned out so well! Do you have a machine quilter or did you do it with a regular sewing machine? Love it!

Hi Lauri,
No, I don't have a long arm. Not yet that is. I sure do want one. Even a smaller one, like the Gracie would be great. But I did this with my domestic machine. My Viking. I have several machines. I piece on an antique Featherweight, what a work horse that is. I have a Singer, and this Viking I bought from the guy who services my machines. It was about 20 yrs. old, but a good, good solid machine. I like it real well, and seems to do a great job with the free motion quilting.
