I made this Sour Cream Banana cake with Lemon glaze last night for my brother David's birthday today. I didn't want to send it in without tasting it, so after glazing, I sliced the entire cake and put David's onto another plate, and wrapped it up nice, and Greg took that in to work for his birthday today. I had the "tasters" for breakfast this morning. WHAT-it's bananas, so it can be breakfast!!!!! Can I just tell you....it was SO moist and delicious!!!! Now I wish I hadn't sent the whole darn thing to Donco!!! Happy Birthday Big Brother! I love you!

I agree...if it has a banana in it, it is a healthy breakfast. Did you have a glass of milk with it too? See? well balanced! Not only do you decorate well, you have some scrumptious recipes.
