Dreamy Hot Chocolate

I want to share this recipe with all of you. Our neighbor Linda brought this over to us for Christmas. She included the recipe, and we all thought it was the best tasting hot cocoa ever! So, while the weather is cold, I wanted to share it. I took a picture too, but my daughter apparently has snuck in to the house today while we were out and took my card reader, so I can't upload the photo. Here is the recipe, and it is to make it in bulk for gifting.
2 lb. box Nestle Quick
1 lb. box powdered sugar
11 oz. jar Coffeemate
8 quart box powdered milk
Mix all ingredients together in large trash bag. Mix well, and place in individual containers. For one mug of hot cocoa mix 4 Tablespoons to one large mug with boiling water. ENJOY!

Sounds good.

I think you should clarify for your readers which daughter of yours snuch in to steal your photo card. =)

I have made this mix for several years now. It makes a nice Christmas gift for friends and neighbors. I add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups Andes mint chips to the mix. Delicious!
