Reap what you sow!

Tonight we grilled a salmon and I picked our first garden zuke. It was good size, so I sliced it in half and brushed it with olive oil and course salt and pepper. We grilled it for just a couple minutes right before taking the salmon off. I also made a caprese salad from my fresh garden basil. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were not ready to use, but soon they will be. It was DELISH!

I love grilled Zuchinni...it is the best! Even better when you grew it all by yourself!!
