Etsy

I have created my Etsy Account.  I am ready to submit my first items. Here is my link
http://www.etsy.com/shop/SewSoozy  It is also listed here on the upper right hand side of my blog.  But I could not get it to post in link form so that one click takes you there.  I am working on that.  So until then, just cut and paste the address, or do it old school, and type the url into the web browser.  Please go have a look and let me know what you think.
However, I must tell you, I had so much difficulty adding items!!  I added a couple of other things, just to see what happens.  I do not care for the process by which you have to place your items for sale.  UGH!  Although, I am sure I could be doing it all wrong, and there is a much easier way.  I have 15 different colors and textures of pins to list.  It would have taken me all night to list each one, and then each time I make a listing, regardless of the fact that it is the same thing, just in a different color, or slightly different fabric, I have to fill out a whole slew of boxes, the same each time.  It is ridiculous!!   So, I will see what happens, but I am wondering if it might not be better to list my OWN shop, right here on my blog, in a sidebar post, and list the current pics of whatever it is.  I already registered with PayPal, so I wonder if I couldn't just do it without Etsy?  Anyone out there have experience with this?  I would love to hear from you.
Here is a preview of what will be listed, hopefully by this evening.  They are 15.00 plus shipping, which if in US will be 2.00.

Wow you have an etsy shop! Congratulations! Sounds like a big process to get things listed though. There must be a better way. Hmmmm.

They are all SO pretty! I want the choc brown, and tan, and teal, and creme, and navy, and that reddish one, and....grey, and I better save up!

So proud of you! Your Bloomie's look adorable. I opened my Etsy shop about 2 months ago but never listed anything in it. I might have to do it soon.

Hey, congrats on setting up your shop. Wish I could help ya out but I haven't set up an etsy selling acct yet. I'm sure they have tutorials and a "new to etsy selling" group that could answer questions you have. My suggestion is that you set up sales everywhere! Your blog, ebay, bonanza (used to be bonanzle) and any other craft selling sites with links to all of them that you set up! Cover all your bases, girl! Just don't pay for space yet. Start out with sites where you list free and pay when you sell. Promote, promote. You are in a business now...go get 'em!
