Happy 5th Birthday To Our Hannah!!!

Today is our granddaughter Hannah's 5th birthday!  I can't believe how fast 5 years have flown by!  Last night, we went to a little birthday party at Hannah's house.
She greeted us at the door wearing her birthday finery!  Her little sister Claire, was also very excited, since in a few more days, she will also be celebrating her birthday as well.  The three little cousins were wild with excitement!
I didn't catch them smiling, but I love that they all three have their party hats on.  We had a delicious meal from a local Italian restaurant.  After eating, they opened up their gifts.  Gennifer and Jake let Claire open up her gifts too.
Gennifer and Jake got both the girls Pink Mobigo's.   They were so excited!  Noah has one, and they love to play his.  I had the wrong setting on my camera most of the night, so my pictures are blurry.
I know this is terribly blurry, but I love the look on Hannah's face!!

After dinner we had cake and ice cream and then played with one of the gifts we got for the girls.  It is a dance game for the WII.  If you have kids, and a WII, you must get this game.  Even though this one was for kids, the whole family got involved.  There are three levels of difficulty, and trust me,  you will work up a sweat!  First Hannah and Noah danced.  And they were good!
Believe me when I say the whole family danced!!!  Even my very quiet son Drew, who does not dance, DANCED!!!

He danced with his buddy Brian, and he danced with his girlfriend Diana.
By the end of the night, each of us had given it a try.  Even Gramma and Geeps danced!  The reigning champ, at the end of the night was Jake!!!  That boy can shimmy like no one else I know.
Jake and Brian turned out to be the ones to beat.
I don't have permission to post the hilarious dance off between Gennifer and Erika!  Complete with stretching and chest bump!!!  A riot!  The dance that won in my book, was Geeps and Hannah!  So sweet!
While everyone was dancing, little Claire was playing quietly with her new Mobigo!

It was a fun dance party!!!!  I love this picture with Clairey leaning up next to Geeps, lost in her Mobigo game, wearing her sister's new shoes!
A very fun party!!!
Today was Hannah's actual birthday.   I met them at Chick Fil A for lunch so I could wish her a happy day.  She had been to Toys R Us where they announced her birthday over the loud speaker.  She was very excited about that.  I had Gennifer take this picture for me when we left.
I got to wear my new ruffled scarf that my friend Dawn sent me.  I had it draped around me more earlier, I looked a bit disheveled in this picture.  Oh well, I love it Dawn!!
A VERY Happy Birthday to our Sweet Hannah Faith, Full Of Grace!!!   Gramma and Geeps loves you so!!!

Hi Kris,
It's Jann again. Had to hop over to tell you that you won the guessing game. It's always great when someone special like you wins. Let me know which of the other three aprons you would like. The vintage tree one, or the candy ones with the red or black polka-dots. e-mail me your address at jmolson53@gmail.com. Have a great day!

I soo agree. Sometimes the best parties are the simple ones with just family. The girls looked adorable and are getting soo big. The Wii game looks fun, may have to look into that. I love the pic with you and the girls. You look really pretty...and soo young!

Have a good day Kris!
