Grandparents Day At Hannah's PreSchool

This morning was Grandparents day at our oldest Granddaughter's school.  Eri went in to work late today so that I could attend without hurrying.  Here we are, all ready to go, in front of Hannah's house.
This is my new favorite photo of Hannah and I!!!!  LOVE it!!!
Little Miss Clairey needed to have one picture too.
I think Hannah wanted to make sure her pretty new sandals were in the photo.
Geeps met us there, and we did crafts in her room, then had refreshments, and then went over to another room for professional photos.
Here is Hannah working on her craft with Geeps.
Hannah and her teacher.
One of Hannah with both Geeps and I.
Oh what fun we had with our darling Hannah!  She was so proud to have us there. And we are so blessed to be able to enjoy these things with our grandkids living right here in town with us!!!
My daughter Gennifer did a post the other day on how she is becoming her mother.  Well, I just reviewed this post, and in photos, just as clear as the nose on my face....I too have become my Mother!!!
And that is A-Okay.  My Mom is 71 years young and looks like a million bucks!!!  I can only hope I age  as gracefully!!!
Hannah....thank you!!!  You are so very special to Gamma and Geeps!!!  We had so much fun with you this morning!!!

Sounds like a terrific day with your granddaughter. She does look very proud to have you and your husband share her day. Looks like you have nice weather in CA too. We have snow predicted for overnight. Enjoy your weekend. :-)

What a perfect day. But, you two must have been the youngest grandparents there. You are too young looking for real GPs. I'm I thinking some of your bloomies are on those sandals. Too cute. You too match. Have a great weekend. And by the way, I'm really loving my snow day here. But, lunch on the patio sure does sound nice.

If my daughter doesn't give me a grandchild, I'm stealing one of yours! So sweet! Do me a favor and hop over to my post from today and tell me what I should do. I value your opinion.

Oh you are right...it is just a wonderful picture of the two of you. I loved grandparents day when my kids were in school. They did it all the way through high school. Soo fun. Yes, Diane's daughter Michelle is the one having a baby. Her other two children are girls and she is having a boy so they are all pretty excited. He is due to arrive in early May. Have a good week-end!

What a wonderful day!.. My mom used to love going to these days at her grandchildrens schools too.. She had 3. Sadly we lost my mom in 1999 so that year when it came up, I still had my niece and 1 nephew in grammar school so they allowed me to go in place of my mom.. For the little ones it wasn't the same but they were happy that I was there and so was I :) ...

You are indeed very fortunate to have your grandchildren live close by, Kris. I hope that someday I'll have the same situation, but it might mean we have to move to Colorado!

Your Hannah is a doll. I loved all the photos.
