Oh My Gosh, It's November!!!

NOVEMBER!!!  How can this be?  Although we are having yet another heat wave, with temps to be nearing 100 today, we are surely about to be done with this crazy heat!  I  hope so!   I have put my summer wardrobe away, and taken out my winter things.  I have put away my Halloween Jack O Lantern's, and the Great Pumpkin light has been put away for another year.  I leave my Fall things, like pumpkins and leaves and such, up until Thanksgiving.  And the way time is rushing by, that will be here before we know it.
Yesterday would have been my Dad's birthday.  And today is my big brother David's birthday.
Happy Birthday brother!!!  Your gift with four legs will be delivered to your house by Wednesday.  This photo was taken in Hawaii a couple of summers ago.  I think I am going to go back to lighter hair.
I have been crazy busy finishing all of my orders, getting them shipped, and now am working hard to prepare for my boutique to be held on December 1st.
There will be lots more Bloomies, more head bands, for adults and kids, more colors in ear warmers, and a variety of scarves and cowls.
There will be some Christmas items.
Some pillows, and ipad cases, etc.
If my blog posts are sparse, you know where I will be.  Working away in my sewing room!!  But I will still be peeking in on all of your blogs.
Have a GREAT day!!
XO  Kris

You look positively movie star-ish in that photo! I also have put away all my Halloween stuff and now have turkeys and pumpkins on the table. Not long until we can throw caution to the wind and put out our Christmas stuff.. the day after turkey day!
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

You have much more energy than I do these days. It's going to be pretty chilly here this weekend. The highs will be in the 60's. Looking forward to boots and sweater weather!

Have fun with all of your sewing. I love everything you make! You have been busy.

Yes, it's so hard to believe it's November already. I fretted about the summer dragging out forever, and now we're into Fall already. Of course, you could use some cooler temps there. Wishing that for you, soon!

Happy Birthday to your brother, and to your dad. My dad and your dad are probably having the birthdays of their life up in heaven. hugs.
