What are your Christmas preferences?

Gift wrap or gift bags? Gift wrap. This year, I want to use all gift wrap, no bags.
Real or artificial tree? Artificial for the past couple of years, and I love it! Pre lit, no dropping needles, not dead and a fire danger after 1 week. Just love it!
When do you put up the tree? About first week of December now with an artificial tree.
When do you take down the tree? Must admit, I have been known to take down the tree Christmas night! But now I leave it up til New Years.
Do you like eggnog? Patooey! NO!
Favorite gift? A tennis bracelet from Greg that he wrapped in a shoebox that was for tennis shoes. I wanted this bracelet so bad, and when I saw that box, I thought, uh oh, I want a tennis bracelet, and he gets me tennis shoes!!!!
Hardest/easiest person to buy for? Hardest is my Mom. Easiest is my kids.
Do you have a nativity scene? Yes, it was my Aunt Connie's.
Mail or e-mail Christmas cards? MAIL-ALWAYS
Favorite Christmas Movie? Home Alone.
When do you start shopping for Christmas? After Thanksgiving.
Favorite things to eat during the holidays? Cookies and Fudge!
Favorite Christmas Songs or Carols? Away in a Manger, The First Noel, Santa Claus is Coming To Town.
Angel or star on top of your tree? Angel
Open gifts Christmas Eve or Christmas morning? One on Christmas Eve when the kids were little, but the rest on Christmas morning.
Most annoying thing about the holiday season? Traffic when shopping, foot and car!
Favorite ornament theme/color? Just love my old ornaments that I have collected over the years. My Dad and Mom have given me so many mouse ornaments, and those are my favorite.
Favorite Christmas Dinner? Prime Rib for Christmas Eve and tamales on Christmas.
What do you want for Christmas? A fun day with my family.
Anyone else want to play along?

Yummm, I forgot about Christmas tamales. Oh, I used to take my tree down early too...usually on the 26th but I have left it up longer in recent years.

Gift wrap or gift bags? Gift Boxes already wrapped.
Real or artificial tree? Artificial and real. This year will only be artificial since I already have two small little skinny things. They will do just fine. Although we could go and get a permit for 5 dollars and cut our own 9 ft. tree. That is what that is a great thought.
When do you put up the tree? Lately, before Thanksgiving!
When do you take down the tree? I try and take it down right after Christmas but now I make New Years Trees. I take down the Ornaments and put New Years Hats in the trees.
Do you like eggnog? I though I liked it but can't drink it and think of my high cholestrol too! So with that said, NO!
Favorite gift? A Nikon Camera from Randy. I use it almost every day.

Oh, one more thing. After seeing the cupcakes on your blog, I wanted Jason to drive down to Newport Beach and get me a cupcake from Sprinkles. Since that was out of the question, my mom brought me home some cupcakes from Albertsons... oh what a disappointment!!
