We all have our quirks

And I have SO many!!! One of them is kitchen tea towels. I love them. I probably go through three or four a day. I love the standard terry towels for my every day drying, and I love my flour sak tea towels, they work great too. But I love to find pretty tea towels to set on the side of the sink, for pretty mostly, but I use them too. I was in Sur La Table yesterday, (my little Nordstrom, if you will) and I bought all of these pretty tea towels. My favorite one is this watermelon towel. I am growing melons in my garden and having so much fun watching them expand by leaps and bounds daily. I can't wait to cut into one!!!
And right off the top of my head, one of my other quirks, is kitchen gadgets! I love, love, love kitchen gadgets!! And sewing gadgets too. Gotta have em', all of them, as many as I can get!!!!
Jam and bread, pea pods, melons, flower pots, muffins, and pears........
I must have about 35 or 40 of these melons, growing like crazy in my garden. YUMMO!

Hi Kris - thanks for stopping by! I lost my old list of blogs and use the follower thingie to keep track of blogs now so I lost you for awhile!

Look at those melons - I can taste it right through my screen. And yout towels are so sweet. I have plaid and homespun towels galore too! I have alove affair with them.

Looks like little ones are enjoying summer fun with you! I can't wait until Liliana is old enought to play with!!

Enjoy the rest of the weekend! hugs, Linda

Hi Kris,
I too share your love of tea towels. I just came across a 2-3 packs at HomeGoods and couldn't decide which one I liked better so I bought both ;)

And I will go on record as saying, "Yes, you are definitly a Gadget Girl"

Are you up for a beverage later, I need one.
