Oh That Elf!!

We got up this morning to find Billy rock climbing on our fireplace!
Can you see him?  Way up high, and tethered to a rope.
 Oh that silly Billy!
I was playing around with some basic shapes and made some tea towels and finger tip towels yesterday.

I won't be doing much holiday baking this year.  But I will be dipping Trader Joe's Fantabulous Peppermint Joe Joe's in white chocolate and dusting with sanding sugar.
Have you tried those Fleur De Sal Caramels?  Wow!  Try them. They are from Trader Joe's too.  And the chocolate raspberry sticks....an all time favorite of mine.  Dunkin Donuts coffee is a must have  too.
I received these cute Snowman measuring cups several years ago as a gift, and this year I found these nesting Snowman cups at Target.  I was going to give them away, but changed my mind.
Well, if you haven't done it yet, you better hurry.  We are two days away!  Yesterday I mailed my package, and made one quick pit stop to finish all of my shopping.  Tonight we are having a party.  A wrapping party, that is.  I informed Mr. G that he was invited!!!  Why should he miss all the fun?   Last night we went out for a nice dinner with good friends.  We have stopped exchanging gifts, and instead, pick a time to get together, which is so much better!!    Gosh without any last minute orders to make, I feel like I have all the time in the world!  This morning my little Clairey is coming while Gennifer does something with Hannah.   Tomorrow Erika is off, and so is Mr. G so I can do whatever it is that I have left to do.
In case I don't make it back here before Christmas, I want to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas!!!   I have enjoyed getting to know all of you!  I look forward to 2012 being a great year!!
Enjoy!!!

Hey, sweet Kris. Glad to be back home from the airport. Yes, our flight was cancelled and we are trying again tomorrow morning. I might have missed your elf up to his mischief. Have a great Christmas, as will we if we ever get there. Nap time.

I've never heard of candy cane Jo-Joes. Yum!! To answer your question, my brother Jon is actually Sally's (my step mother) son. He's like a real brother to me though. If we had grown up together we probably would have killed each other. Have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy that beautiful family of yours. P.S. Making your yummy cheeseball again.

Billy rock climbing is pretty funny! I've enjoyed getting together with two different friends this week...one for breakfast and one for margaritas! Spending time is so much better than any gift we could have given each other. I'm glad to have met you this year Kris! I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas together!

I love when you post about the Trader Joe's goodies. I can't wait for our store to finally open in the spring! I bet the Joe Joes are delicious. Those tea towels with the poinsettias on them are precious. I need to take some lessons from you!

Merry Christmas sweet friend. I'm so glad to have found you on here. xoxo.

Hi Kris-py Kreme! Where did that come from? LOL! Love your impish elf. Sounds like everything is under control in your home.. same here. Our little grandson is sick, though, with pneumonia.. but is on good meds now so I hope that they can come here on Christmas - as the other 2 kids are GONE.
