Testing......1...2...3

I don't know why I am having trouble with Blogger, but I am.  I am using my friend Patty's suggestion, and trying to upload using another browser.  Let's see........

Well, I'll be.....it worked.  But I prefer Firefox over IExplorer.  Oh well, I can post...so let's just do a quick one.  My pumpkins are going nuts!  I have 18 that are mature. 

The ones that I carved the grandkids names in are picked.  I was just trying to turn Claire's right side up and it snapped off.  So I took the other two off too.

They are too big to fit on my little ladder.  I am going to paint that ladder red.   I planted more pumpkins in the big pot near the other pumpkins.  I also planted a pot of cantaloupe. 

The grass does not grow well on this side of the yard for some reason.  I would love to take this over with garden.  The pumpkins are on the left.  They have now spread several feet beyond that, and are loaded with pumpkins.  And my original patch, has now started a whole new crop!  I know I won't be buying any pumpkins this year!!

We were having some horrible heat up until a couple of days ago.  Chickens don't tolerate the heat very well.  I make them frozen flock block treats.  

I added some sliced bananas that were over ripe.  The leftover applesauce from Noah's breakfast.  Broccoli pieces, sliced grapes, add some water, then layer more stuff in there.  Freeze it, then unmold it and bring it to the girls.

As the heat melts it away, they will peck at it, and enjoy finding their treats.

I had a fun morning one day last week with my three little grandkiddos.

Patty, thanks for the suggestion.  I remember now that when I had this problem in Big Bear one time, I did wind up using another browser to post.  Eventually, I was able to go back to Mozilla.
