Note to Self

Doing a cake/cookie order, due the morning after a holiday meal, probably does not make for the most stress free decorating environment. I was happy with the cupcakes. They turned out so pretty. They were chocolate fudge swirl, with micro choc chips inside. Iced in buttercream, and dusted with sanding sugars in brown and blue. And then topped with a decorative fondant circles that I imprinted with baby designs. I had a lot of trouble with my royal icing for the cookies for some reason. Lots of clogged tubes, and it just wasn't pliable for piping. I don't know why. But I didn't have time for a plan B, so I had to go with what I had. I know they tasted great though, because one broke, and I ate it!

Kris!
Both the cookies and the cupcakes were a hit! The cupcakes fit perfectly in the tiered cup cake holder that we were using! Loved the way you decorated the cupcakes with the discs -- too cute! Cookies absolutely adorable and YUMMY too! I know that our timing probably wasn't the best -- during Thanksgiving weekend! We appreciate your help!

Fabulous!!!

Funny story. . . I had just set up the room (@ Citrus City Grille) where we were having the shower. A gal walked into the room with a camera -- she wanted to take photos for a shower she was giving her sister. She said the table looked so pretty with the cupcakes and cookies. Of course, I whipped out your business card !!!

Looks like Sarah and I will be hosting a bridal shower at the end of March. We'll be sure to give you a call!
