well, the best thing to remember is everything in balance for your diet. deprivation leads to binging. and - so long as you have been eating right and exercising, i bet that 1 lb is muscle. remember muscle weighs more than fat so it's common to flip flop a little in the beginning (and even just straight up gain) so don't lose hope there!
Loving to bake like you do - and doing it so well makes it harder! I'm going to get the low fat Brownie mix today and try those muffins you talked about - they sounded good! It sure is harder to take it off than put it on! And a lot less fun!
