Friday Eve! (As my daughter Erika says)

It has been a very busy week.  I have been busy learning how to use Etsy.   And in less than a week, I sold 10 Bloomies!  I have been running around trying to find boxes that were the best size, and then figuring out the best and cheapest way to ship.  I discovered I undercut myself on the first couple boxes I sent out, but now I think I have that figured out.  I am preparing to take some into a couple shops this weekend.  So I have spent a good deal of the week on all of that.
I have searched for the right shade of yellow/gold to do some.  I had some wool and made one up, but can't list this until I find fabric to make more.  But I love the color.  I wear a lot of this color, so will be keeping this one.
I got more yarn to make another cowl in cream.  And I have been having fun making crochet flowers.  If we stay home this weekend, I will be spending much of it in my sewing room working on more stuff for Etsy.
Speaking of the weekend, our son Drew is playing again this Saturday night at Zito's Bar & Grill in Tustin.  If you are around, come on out for some live music.
My daughter Gennifer told me about these wonderful bath salts that she heard about from a blogging friend.  She buys them at Walmart, but I was in Target today and looked to see if they had it, and they did.
I couldn't wait to take a nice long hot bath tonight.
If you like baths, you need to go find this bag of soaking goodness!!!  The smell is so wonderful!!

Just thinking about that relaxing bath has me yawning and falling asleep right here in my floral wing chair.
Night Night. See you tomorrow.

Kris, I'm so glad that things are going well for you on Etsy! I've been afraid to try it because of the shipping but I may just do that. Heading out of town for an anniversary weekend, catch up with you after that. Have a great weekend!

WOW...you have your own Etsy. Now, you can help me in a while. I've been thinking about opening a little one for my yarn for a while. Great job.

I'm going to Wallie World today in fact. We are out of washer fluid for the car windows. This looks even more fun to shop for.

Perfect cold weekend for a bath. But, then I've been know to soak in the middle of the summer after a long day in the garden.

Weekend wishes,
Kate

Have lots to share with you and hopefully in the next week or two I'll have time to send you an email, maybe even with some pictures. :-) Meanwhile, tho't of this for you and perhaps you would want to make some and add to your etsy shop along with the other beauties. Go to www.knittingdaily.com/blogs/daily/
default.aspx and scroll down to the very bottom of the first page: "To Brighten Your Day: A Free Knitted Rosette Pattern" posted on 12/20/2010 Haven't tried any myself, so you can tell me if it's hard or easy. Enjoy your weekend. :-)
