Sunday Doins'

Good Sunday morning to you.  Kind of a lazy one here.  We went to a wedding reception last night.  It was outside at the new couple's home, and it was a beautiful night!  They had Mexican food and I ate it.  I tried not to eat too much, but I ate it.  And I had a couple beers.  AND I had a cupcake!!!!!  Yikes.
This morning I made egg white omelettes for breakfast.  Mr. G got bacon with his.
No bacon for me.  But after counting out the points value, it was way too high for a meal.  I would have to eliminate the avocado, cheese, even tho lo fat, and bread and butter.  THAT added 9 points to his meal.  But it was all veggies and healthy, so I won't worry about this breakfast.
Now I am going to go work in the yard and enjoy this sunshine!

Mmmmmmm, breakfast looks wonderful! I'm stopping over next Sunday. Last week we went out to dinner and I ate the whole thing and it was in the week I lost 4 lbs. so go figure. I think sometimes you need to eat your fill.

I'd like to know how to make your egg white omlet...is it just a regular recipe using only egg whites?

And as always, your presentation is beautiful.

Sometimes you've got to jump off the wagon. If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be avacados. I just love them.
